I personally do see a handful of local FLs for screening and even PEP.

But definitely the tip of the iceberg.
I guess the best option for the thread starter would be to ask the girl that he patronised.

However there's no guarantee that she'll be 100% truthful with her response.

At the end of the day the only guaranteed defense against nasty bugs is abstinence.
