Bintulu have a lot massage place... mostly offer extra service.... HJ is most common... some offer HJ, and quite few offer FJ... there's one chain shop (you can easily see it in most commercial area), they offer almost all thing. you need to tell them in advance if you look for FJ, as not all do FJ...
SPA is not something I aware...
KTV have few, can tapao girl at very expensive price...
