Some hotels are actually quite strict with this as they often encountered this problem of overpacking of the rooms with the locals if they do not control it, so the suite is normally for 2 adults and maximum another adult or 2 children
I think if you are staying in a room next to a suite with 1 humongous family all staying inside you will understand what is the noise pollution like
