Errrmmm whether its 1950, 1960 or blah blah blah I do not think most Malays are allowed to go such KTVs as its considered "haram" unless you tell me they are non-Muslims or those liberals which can be found but also a rarity
But during that time 80s & early 90s most of the Sinkie KTVs have either local talents or Malaysians as the foreign waves from other Asian cuntries havent started yet
So in Malaysia you can find CKTs & NLs only
My fav KTV in the 80s was this joint in Beach Road called Pebbles I think, where the minahs the moment they cum in will key in some non-stop dance music, take off their shirts/blouse/dress and cover the TV as its too bright, lower the lighting and then dance on top of the sofa and tables naked
