All same MO (modus operandi)... create some fake stories... no head+tail given... eventually some newbie curiousity is piqued and they PM the grandmaster pimp called MC aka Tom-watever for more info. Then money is asked in return for more details. In mktg we call this "clickbait"... oldest trick in town.
Any fool can tell u that KTVs are the biggest tourist traps in VN. I would consider KTV only if i need to entertain big-time clients from China/Korea/Japan & all expenses can be charged to my company.
