Nobody knows cos it never went operational..it was never completed and left abandon when the 97 crisis hit..never had the chance to show its full Padang architectural style.
during the 80's that location was where local fisherman and pom-pom off load their cargos as the sungei besides harbor bay /Pacific discotek ends there.
