Both Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei are part of a district and are separate area. Anyway Portland Street will be more of interest to most of us here. It stretches from before Yau Ma Tei MTR till Mong Kok MTR. My Under-Standing is more FLs ply along Langham Place till the intersection of Soy Street (correct me if I am outdated). Mong Kok is safe and I walk there alone many time before past 1am (sightseeing
) during my days when working in HK previously.
