For a short-distance taxi ride (Nagoya, Jodoh, Harbour Bay), yes you're right the standard fee is 50k, but negotiable down by hard bargainers (do you know any?
) to 40k or less (in HB, they pay the entrance fee).
For the ojek, the standard fare for a short-distance ride (Nagoya, Jodoh,...) is 10k. I suggest to pay 15k to be not stingy with a poor worker. 30k for Formosa-A2-Formosa could be ok. I mostly pay 15k for a single ride. 20k could be given at night or if one wants to be very generous. 30k for a single ojek ride is too much.
