One of the main problem with group trips were pilots who fly aeroplane hence i learned a smaller group will be easier to maneuver around in Batam.

On the contrary,i actually dont feel Indo Chinese had a hard life during those years i visited Indonesia (i envy them more). But i can see Indoneisan Chinese were really a hardworking lot. Just look at Meximo Pub wan tan mee noodle boss,even CNY 1st day still open shop do business. And this shop really operate long hours and closes later than most. I have clients from Indonesia that visit Sillypore's Crystal Jade restaurant on an almost daily basis spending at least S$1k per meal per trip. Even ex. President SBY visited that restaurant a few times,hehehe...

Same here too,beside Teh Botol,my other Batam favourite drinks were....
I just learned recently that we arent suppose to drink more than 3 bottles/cans of the Cap Kaki Tiga drink above in a single day,hehehe...i usually drank like more than half a dozen bottles/cans in one single day.
