Don't get into silly argument about her stupid demand - it is obviously one of those maid who think she is educated enough to know legal stuff, but she have no clue.
Or tell her you need to pay 2,000 $ for copy, but she can look it up at the ROM website free of charge, and give NRIC like S5431187T (fake one).
Then do the reverse psychology - tell her if she don't trust you, you are suspecting she is from police or some scam, as providing such private information is illegal in Singapore, unless she is from police.
Ask her then if she is going to sell it, as many people have been caught for selling divorce certificate with fake names replaced
