Hypocrites!
It was actually more complicated than I told it. When I texted her to say I went to the wrong hotel but I would be there in 5 minutes, she misunderstood and then CAME to that wrong hotel just to then find out I wasn't there. About foreigner surcharge, normally there'd be no problem, girl would come to room and all good. It was only cuz she learned I was foreigner via SMS that she had the chance to pull that one. Negotiation tactic. She knew I was in a room already, had committed.
