Some bars they practice to collect the ST/LT fee together when u barfine the girl. Upon collection from the customer, the Mamasan will pass the girl her fee for ST/LT as per discussed. Reason being there are really cheap skate customers who fuck already and not want to pay $$. Thus being the reason to collect in advance. But of course from customer's point of view, they are afraid the girl might give 1/2 fuck service and a runner perhaps. But it's purely to safeguard the girl's interests.

The bar manager probably meant that the girl involved is not under the management. As nowadays coyote bars are supplied by outsource agents instead like the agogo bargirls. Thus the bar manager need to contact the coyote agent before confirming the scenario.

It's very common to see hefty barfines in coyote bars. Mind u, most of the time , the girls get little or none of it for the barfine. It's to supplement the high salary of coyotes nowadays. That is why the management was able to refund u back without much hesitation. There is nothing to worry about whether it's supplied by agencies or under the management itself. In any case, as long as u get the girl from the bar and something happen, u can go back to the bar. Depends case to case basis and how the bar works. The two girls are probably told by their agents that they might not be able to work in this bar already.
