If you find they are not worth the price, just do not visit them. If they have no business, the price will go down. Good example: Poppy - from $130 dropped to $110.
The reason why majority of the popular ones still commanding $110 or $120 is because majority of the bros still find them worth the price tag. Some even gives generous tips... Supply and demand issue only.
