Hmmm... looking at the posts by the killer, it really reminds me out earlier times when i felt the same about tirakship and tried to post alternative views on it.
Well, its clear that most samsters are divided on this so no point trying to pull one from one side to the other. I just prefer to watch nowadays and post when i feel i can contribute or say something.
To the killer, you sound somewhat educated so i trust you know what you're doing. Personally, Singapore is not the place for a Thai. Any Thai. Be it WL or Isaan rice farmer. Too many rules and regulations. As well as many other un-Thai practises.
Think about it. You fell for a Thai girl. Its time for you to live with her and accept her culture, her language and her origins. Bangkok is a cosmopolitan city so you can move there with her. If she's from chiang mai or some other province, BKK is still LOS. Singapore only has Goldenmile. She'll be like a fish out of water, even if she speaks excellent english.
I love LOS. Everything is cheap and wonderful there. If you have some money, you can get away with anything. Even the law, no kidding. If you're middle-income bracket here, you can seriously live like a king there. With marriage, you can even become a natualised Thai citizen eventually, eliminating the worry and risk of buying land under your wife's name.
Don't worry about the language. Since you love her so much already, you'd naturally be influenced or encouraged to pick it up, if you havent already. Most places in BKK can be get around with simple english phrases even the tuk-tuk driver can understand.
Anyways, gtg now. All the best with your relationship.
