Hey I just want to say, in the past 3 weeks I've had excellent luck with website girls. That was in District 8 twice (600 and 1 million) and once in District 7 (real price 500 though I got a surcharge for being foreigner). I had a bad experience in Phu Nhuan. I also got phone number for a hot one in D8 who I'll try soon.
Your no-show followed by a lemon sounds like quite bad luck. I never had a no-show, ever. I have had worse than photo show up. It happens sometimes. In that case I reject. But hasn't happened to me recently.
If you go back to Oct 25 2015 there's lots of stuff there about the details of website girls. If one handles it properly, it is the best bargain in town. But definitely more for someone ready to take risks, and comfortable going to those D8 and D10 areas. I must say I'm wary myself now of Phu Nhuan, where I have had 2 experiences, both bad.
And even though our experiences were different, it is good for you to report this honestly because it shows people here that it's not a certain thing. Sometimes it is great, sometimes just ok, sometimes bad. For me it has been overall good this year so far. If I get 3 good ones for every bad one, and I reject the bad one (pay zero), that's ok.
