Of cos I will want to marry her in LOS cos this is the only way. But my tirak and I both agree that the child must be raised in SG. Better education and the child will remain a Singaporean.
The future of moving to LOS will have to wait. I need to be financially stable until the day I die in LOS so I need to earn and save as much as possible.

friend, i dont know if you're having a clear mind by posting so, what seems to me... you just slapped yourself big time.
1) you want your kid(s) to receive education in SG
2) you want to reside in LOS
3) you want to retire & die in LOS
do your math properly... will you even have a retirement? and what are your chances of dying in SG more so than dying in LOS...
unless you're a high achiever with fat payroll. but by then.. with that kind of payroll & expendable loose cash on hand... am quite certain you'd upgrade & change targets.
all i can say is, on avg scale... for you to put your kid(s) thru education until he/she/they are self-sufficient... you can forget about retirement.
many may think i'm talking crap: pls go check out the retirement planner in the CPF site... and ask yourself(ves), what kind of profession here in SG can give you your hopeful, decent retirment in decades to come.
