Thank you very However much i say,i do believe the Batam locals pay an average fare of 30k to 35k from Harbour Bay to anywhere,and me? I have to resort to using the point to point "trickery" to get the below 20k rupiah as a foreigner who speaks no malay nor Bahasa Indo.
For local price the 30 to 35k can get them to travel from Nagoya to batam center even when there is a heavy traffic. You can alternative shop at certain place and get the local to get the cab for you . The hotline I think is 431000 if my memory don't fail me .
