About 10 mins walk from Ben thanh market, this shop sell delicious Beef noodles hue style or Bun Bo hue. Order a big bowl cost about 50K, it is filled with slices of beef, pork knuckle, and three kinds of chả (ground meat loaf) – beef, pork, and crab.
The soup is richly flavored with shrimp paste from hue or mắm ruốc húe , lemongrass, onion, pineapple and lots and lots of boiled beef bones.
My local friend tell me the tasty soup attract alot of japanese expat as their regular customer.
