Dr. Tan. How to know if it is loose or tight? Think mine is like like. If cut the frenulum how long and is it painful after that? Maybe need to make an appointment very soon.

Not everyone needs a circumcision. Sometimes all you need is to cut the Frenulum which is the bit of skin connecting the head to the foreskin.
This is much less traumatic than a circumcision.
