does anybody know of any way to find more Lip rooms like Melon in Gangnam?

Are there any more that accept white guys?

Also does anybody have any contacts for officetels? I heard there are a bunch in gangnam, but I'd like to find one that's okay dealing with a foreigner with poor Korean.
