I buy her 1 drink VND 150K of which she gets VND50k. I tell her make it last all night. If I'm there 1.5 - 2 hour I give her VND100K in the hand. If she sits with me all night I give her VND200K, VND 350K in total which is min tip in Singapore and there they would butterfly around with other customers. Some Singaporeans tip SGD50 or 100 if they like the girl in Singapore.
The VND15M for English teaching is ridiculous and I have a problem with that as I know some teachers.
