It really depend on your itinerary. If you plan to go to places like Pulau Galang,Barelang Bridge,Nagoya Hill Mall etc, surely there will be more people than the regular normal days. But if your plan is on girls,massage,pub,KTV etc then it shouldn't have any issue as it would be just like any normal weekend crowd. If i imagine putting myself in the trip either between 13th-15th's weekends or the 20th-22nd one,i am actually expecting a little more than normal crowd in the tourist area on the 13th-15th's weekend.
I am planning a non-sex Batam trip for a group of aunties and uncle,hence I am keeping tab now. I have to bring them to some touristy places but yet on a personal scale, i do not like crowd. Who knows,i might just throw them into a 1st tier type of Spa for a 5 hour massage and spa treatment, hehehe...and then go do my own things.
Just a thought.
