Many of the MLs FLs have a Blacklist of clients handphone numbers.
This may be useful if the numbers are from really bad clients. But it also include those who see gal not pretty chabok, etc. For all we know, our number could be in there if we had called off an appointment becasue of urgent matters, or made enquiries but did not patronise, or did not tip!
The rotten MLs and FLs will when they see yr blacklisted number, play you out by agreeing to an appt or giving you a fake address or such. That is why many clients kana go there but they refuse to answer phone.
Okt's should not give Blacklist to their WLs as they have no control over the addition of the hp numbers and for whatever reasons.
