With what prices? aiming at what target of customers? Is Harbour Bay a place deserving a Marriott?
I have been in Harris Resort once, and I cannot imagine such a good setup being possible at Harbour Bay. I must be wrong.
However, a Marriott in Harbour Bay means only that the prices in the area will be increasing.
