My suggestion,hail a taxi from whichever ferry point (Batam center/Harbour Bay) you are coming from,it should not cost more than 60k if you guys don't bargain,and then share the taxi fare among yourselves. (it will definitely cost lower if you bargain down)

It's our first trip,only 1 of my friends could speak a bit of malay have had 2 family trips to btm before & that's abt our experience,what would u suggest?
1. we walk our way in btm after reaching hotel by taxi from harbour bay?
2. we share a full day taxi? (any1 can share where to find them & how much their price going to be like? thx!)
3. Motorbike ojek? But i think we'll need to have 4 of them for 4 of us.
