Thai King just passed away.. Our Thai ladies working here will definitely be affected by this sad piece of news. Do exercise some understanding if service of ladies aren't as good for this week or so. After all the king is well revered by the Thais as he's a unifying figure for his people.

TL;DR , the king has died. Ladies morale and mood will be affected some way or another. FR's might be inaccurate for this 1 week.
