Hmm...I wonder if there is a hotline like the above for tourist only (especially for people like me who don't understand Bahasa Indo or Malay). I mean since most who got extorted a lot were at most time tourist and its a no brainer that most tourists who visit a country do bring along a 'certain' sum of money where they have no where to hide.
