For me,it really depends on the girl's service level and the situation of my trip. If I have friends with me,usually its 1 shot before dinner time,1 shot after dinner,one in the middle of night and one last in the morning.
If there is no friends with me,and if the girl service is good,2 shots before dinner and we dine inside room. After dinner go walk walk or a movie,back to room 3rd and 4th shots or in between 3rd and 4th,there may be a massage session for 2,to help revitalize both of us. Rest a little and maybe if stamina allows,halfway in the night,another shot and again if stamina allows,morning before she's off,one last good bye bonk.

Bingo! They have the tendency to forget the newbie group main objective was to help them navigate Batam when they were to come on their own the next time round. That's why only the basics will be taught there and then,hehehe...and following a driver don't get to see what I REALLY physically see. (and I don't trust driver,remember? They are one of Batam most unreliable people,which I learned from this thread)
