About 30 m beside Sugamo station and there are a few pink salons. Tried 2 of them without any problems. There are also many close by Otsuka station, which is near to Sugamo. Those at Otsuka station are usually on the upper floors of the building. Look at the sign boards. Be brave and just go in. Usually no problems at all. If rejected, just go to the next joint.
