appreciate it. Was yours laproscopic surgery, or the open kind? Also, would yours be a sports hernia instead of an inguinal? Am doing yoga now for relief purposes..
Tbh I'm quite scared because of all the post op experiences that I read.. Creating a few hesitations for me.
