I just came back from my money changer walk,everywhere including main road shops during towards Nagoya Hill Mall (around the diagonal opposite of Indo rasa) all whole stretch money changer there can only get 9200 at max,including those opposite formosa hotel (even when i offered to change in S$1k notes). Time i was there was at around 7pm batam time.
The below shop is currently having the best rate at 9250/SGD. Linda's boss really worked very hard every CNY,i have a feeling her hobby is to make money,hehehe...every year CNY also work so hard to beat most of her competitors,just too bad all my regular money changer shops closed. *sob*
