I was doing some info research on the old Batam thread and chanced upon the bro (bro Bigbird00) who mentioned about a dental clinic near Formosa for your further reference. I put up the link below becos i believe you were looking for 'it'.

I think the hinted location on the above link was pretty much clear if you are around Formosa area and knows where is City Central Hotel. I have not however been to this dental clinic before.
