Hi fellow cheongster (local or non local), anybody interested in sharing KTV session. Split fee for each party (means you can be more than one person). It is mainly for 'opening' the room. Usually 1 box of beer, and minimum number of 'companion'.
Usually this is the start of the next stage, where you can get to know your target and later close for next stage (conventional way for a charge and unconventional if you are skillfull - FOC based on my personal experience).
Working in KTV means they need to be of a certain quality, which most average MP cannot match. Their PR skill is good. If you are beginner and scared of their aggressiveness (means liking you too much and putting pressure to be their lover), i can teach you some Exit strategy, proven to work.
