Most joints were still operating behind closed hours. I don't use wechat,so my reliance were mostly on places like these which literally opens round the clock (especially for massage services).
I enjoyed staying in a hotel with hopefully nearly everything under one roof and within reach round the clock.

I told one of the okt in one of the joint who used to bend on stating the 3 bonk rule. If he can go up one scale level,eg. tell the girls the limit is 4 bonks (maybe even 5 shots),hehehe...his joint is going to BEAT quite a handful booking joints who has much often impose the 3 bonk rule. He can beat the rest,hehehe...and who wins?
I know someone's gonna come out with the saying that the girls may lose in the end,but do think about it again? The 3 bonk rules end of session tipping...when a customer got pissed, how much tip would one think the girls will get? I notice a handful who has every intention to tip 150k to 200k becos the girls were good,but end up only tipping 50k or never tip at all (this thread also have such FR examples too,hehehe...).
So i see it as an everyone win situation. With competitions,the biggest gainer were usually the customers.

Well-said. The runaway situation during when I 1st started Batam spread like wildfire (about 2 years ago)...until the joints's OKTs come up with a Guarantee later that their girls wont run (even on CNY and other PH). Today, when I visit joints, the OKT can tell me that the girl I picked, i want 10 shots also can...and then laugh at me saying "if only I can",hehehe...I just smile at him.
The OKTs however did mention to me that they will look at the type of people to impose those rules.
