Yup, I don't disagree that 200k can get FJ there. Been there, done that too. But,I wasn't looking for it until she made me want it. And, even when at the point that I wanted it, the issue of how much wasn't even brought up yet. I just decided to pay her the 150k I had cos it's a job well done.
