actually i find that the online okt is at the mercy of the authority and customers. machiam like sandwich between authority and customers.
online okt sure want get as many bookings for the ladies, coz they want to make the most money in the shortest period of time, if care for the ladies and customers welfare etc, = loss of money for okt.
