I doubt so. Well,its afterall a toy. There is no regulation I know saying that sex toy aren't allowed thru the immigration custom but I hear from some of my friends that quite a handful of Japanese sex toy online shop were blocked by the Indo authorities.
You reminded me,someone gave a sex toy to an indo lady and that receiving lady actually thought its a microphone, hehehe...interesting isn't it? And the authorities also censored the photo image on that news article.
