Last time, No Name was dead. It seems that upper-class local people now goes to Square, which is now considered by locals the top place for night life in Batam ("now" is my last visit, that is in February).
The point is that "upper class local people " has money, lot of money, and ladies are not looking for a foreigner as a way to get extra cash. In conclusion: I went there two times, and I did not meet any girl interested in me.
