I went to a spa in Tanjong Pagar.. decided on price and went ahead with service. Girl was alone and I told her I'll pay later. After the service.. my card didn't work and she didn't have a credit card machine. I tried my nets card and it release a failed transaction receipt.. girl thought payment is done and I left.. what should I do? What if they catch me and I know they have video camera. Any suggestion? Service was not good.. so I'm wondering should I go back or just forget it?
