I know only of Summer motel at ahlone road/near ahlone road

short/long stay is 20k-30k

moderately clean and close to pioneer and emperor.

anybody know the current rate for a decent FL at emperor or pioneer or anywhere ???
I know the range but still want to check with senior bros here...
