Bros. I jus wondering how safe is it to go batam nowadays! (I haven't been back there since Jan 2005!). Jus heard from my btm kakis that 4 Singporeans got arrested from hotel 88 during the polisi 'random' drug raids recently.
Understand polisi and immigrasi and all those socalled security ppl all veri "hungry" nowadays bec of closure of gambling activities had cut off their main source of 'income! SOme my frens even say they target SG ppl, esp those go to discos like Pacific, planet and sphinz where ceweks all get their "obat" supply!!
I been itching to revisit batam but was warned of so many dangers like the above. Heard even polisi conduct random urine tests etc just to get more [I]wang /I]!!
