he is right on the new law. abt sex with gals under 18 tat involved $.
he's wrong (and this is where ALL the ppl here got it wrong) is the legal age for consent sex in sillypore.
the legal age for consent sex in sg is NOT 16, BUT 16 + 6 mths.
so that means, if a gal have just pass her 16th birthday for 1 or 2 days, and u have sex with her after she gave her consent, u will be charged for having sex with a minor.
but if she had passed her 16th bd for 6 mths already, and u have sex with her after she agree, you will not be charged.
trust me on this.(i have 1st hand experience)
many ppl tot as long as 16 is ok already.
but it's actually 16 + 6mths yrs old.
