If you can get an APEC Business Travel Card, the VN Immigration will stamp an additional "Permitted to remain until" liner and handwrite a date 3 months from your arrival.

thanks, i have the AP card, i presently can only stay for 60 days with it but can just get out n return to continue staying for a unlimited period but i wonder if this is possible for vietnam ie will they not allpow entry if you go in n out continuously using the AP card or the one month ASEAN visa
