Hmm..this is interesting info,shall look into that in a later time. Figure may not look too good (base on SGD) from most 1st world person perspective, but still its sort of a "something to do" for the girls,which is what interest me.

Yea,this is something i notice too...the girls or most Batam indonesian like to top little by little...most dont even top up more than 50k rupiah. Then they still have to pay that 2k rupiah commission.
There's a good market for that,hehehe...
I went to Alfa Mart almost opposite Bridge massage block yesterday,they tell me they dont do top up for phone,hehehe...i also dont know why (maybe becos i dont speak bahasa). Will try other Alfa Mart at a later time if time allows.
Note : i am not saying all alfa mart dont do phone top up,just maybe some of them dont since i only tried one yesterday evening.
