Anything in D1 is no FJ so dont bother. If you just want HJ there are a chain of massage joints under the same group which quality gals. Tips is neg at times depending how you portrait yourself to be regular or tourist.

Dai Nam: stone massage is its speciality but nowadays they anyhow do so depend on the gal you got.

Vien Dong: under the same group as Dai Nam, just massage and more ex.

Minh Tam: several outlets and once outside D1 you can neg but most cant speak english since its frequent by their locals. Same group as above.

Mostly hotel allow gals till 10pm and all have to register. After 10pm dont bother not allowed. Some hotel can neg to pay a fee between 200-300 dong to place name at your own risk.
