I agree 100%.
I miss the old staff a lot, especially Sinta.
One of the reasons, if not the main reason, why I am used to stay in Formosa is (or WAS) the staff. Now what?

I am not surprised. Lack of response also happened to me. And even if I get the confirmation email, I am used to call few days before going, just to be sure everything is ok.
However, you is YOU, so their poor efficiency turned in an advantage to you.
