In Thailand, the only recognized cert is from the Thai Buddha Image Admiration Association aka Samakom. All others like Gpra are not really up to standard. I think due to large influx of foreigners interested in this hobby, samakom start to have English and Chinese Language for their website which is very handy to foreign collectors.
