There are actually quite a handful of "Batam PRs" from Singapore in this thread (or semi-retirees). Not exactly the real kind of PR,but more of Singaporean staying in Batam,but going back only once or few times a month.

Babysitting seems to be a good business opportunity in Batam,hehehe....
