I hav not tried her yet (no intentions to) so I prob shld not say anything abt her. But to be fair to Bro Mastermindz, my opinion is that as a service provider, she prob shldn't assume all customers r the same as juz provide "One Size Suits All" services to everyone & expect everyone to be satisfied. I agree that there r always difficult customers arnd so it's impossible for FLs to please everyone oso. Perhaps she shld try to be abit more accommodating & cut down on the "instructing" part if she saw that the customer is not happy. Okok, juz my 2cents opinion only. Chill, 不要激动
