Well bro, in my 11 years of bonking, I find thai girls quite hygienic and meticulous in cleaning. Although some will focus less on this area, but well majority are great. I tried a few PRC chicks but i dont really like their 'rough' talking accent. They seem more eager and getting you to finish then paying attention to your preferences.
Do give tomyam a try, as usual dont let the first try discourage you. Give it a few attempts to get a better sensing if its your cup of tea
